Recurring cleaning is our Standard Cleaning service: regular upkeep for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces. Ella, the owner and cleaner behind Element, cleans every booking herself and keeps your preferences on file for future visits.
We serve Ottawa, including Nepean, Orléans, Barrhaven, Kanata, Stittsville and Manotick. Available appointments depend on your area and requested schedule.

Choose your cleaning frequency.
Weekly cleaning provides frequent upkeep. Biweekly visits put cleaning on an every-other-week schedule. Monthly visits suit a less frequent routine. Tell us about your home, priorities and preferred frequency when requesting a quote.
Supplies and equipment for the booked service are included unless a special product or on-site item is agreed in advance.
When to start with a deep clean.
If dust, grease or bathroom grime has built up, an initial Deep Cleaning may be recommended before recurring upkeep. The initial service and price are agreed before booking.
Detailed baseboards and extra hand-wiping are part of Deep Cleaning. Heavy buildup is an optional extra for Standard Cleaning. Oven and refrigerator interiors are optional extras. Cleaning inside cupboards, cabinets and drawers is not offered.
Recurring cleaning questions
Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Ella cleans every booking herself. Your regular cleaner knows your home and preferences. If your cleaner changes, we’ll tell you before the visit.
Do I need to be home?
No. Agree on an access method before your visit, such as a key or smart-lock code, and provide only the instructions needed to enter and secure your home. Please arrange a safe place for pets that may be anxious around equipment or an open door.
